This merit-based award is presented annually by APAC Insider, and judges nominees based on their contribution to a chosen business sector.
To determine the winner, the judging panel and research team take into consideration the commitment, expertise and innovation shown by nominees through voting information, supporting evidence and extensive independent research.
Nominees are given the opportunity to present their own data which is considered alongside the information collated by our research team. In considering nominees, all external channels, data sources and content are independently assessed for quality and authenticity.
Being awarded the prize for ‘Best Independent Boat Brokerage’ is due to several factors. EZIYACHT has achieved consistently high customer rankings for exceptional service across the board. The business has overcome economic challenges experienced during the global pandemic, gaining recognition from clients and customers across Australia for producing a highly valued product with consistent results. The business founder is an advocate for women in an industry which identifies as having a considerable gender imbalance.
Customer surveys highlight high satisfaction ratings in several operational categories with 98% of customers rating the business and its services as ‘Beyond Expectations’. Survey results found that 100% of customers would ‘Highly Recommend’ EZIYACHT services.
